Thanks to everyone who supported our first week! We had a great mix of new and familiar faces. We kicked Ruislip BJJ off with Kimuras/Wrist locks on Saturday and then arm bars on Monday. The sessions were tough, grueling but most importantly fun. We are hoping in the...
